3) EMMA KING & THE HEARTSETS London, UK Country/Pop/Rock

MYSPACE - http://www.myspace.com/ekhmusic
I saw this young UK Band in London for the first time last year. They have an exciting and great tight sound. They are making themselves known in Nashville and may get more success there than back home in England where country music has a small following.

Please see what you think and share your opinions
Kind Regards

Hi apr 424
Thanks for comment. Did you see Emma King & The Heartsets in the UK or stateside?
Reading in the UK Country Press they are saying we might loose them to Nashville as they appear to making an impact over there. This is hard to believe unless a major label signs them up. Their sound is current and reflects the high energy new country sound on the Charts.
I saw them in London ( Half Moon Putney ) Emma was a delight to talk with after their set. I expressed a wish that they may like to add some ballads into their set to vary it. The ones they had at the time were great. I think they may have more balance to what they play now.

Was this the case when you saw them?

I saw them in Tennessee. The Adoption Tour was in my town. The Adoption Tour is a group of bicyclers that ride across the US spreading awareness about adoption. Emma King & The Heartsets were there performing.
